The eye glides effortlessly,
carried by shapes,
lines, and colors.
Away from the noise, space opens.
Time slows down.
The eye breathes.
Birds, whales, sailboats, fish, and human figures become gentle presences within vast and silent landscapes. They move, drift, rise, or meet, carried by a movement that seeks neither speed nor destination.
ÉPURE invites the viewer to step away, for a moment, from the noise of the world and rediscover a more intimate rhythm: that of breath and the present moment.

ABOUT – Beatrice Sartori

 

Of Spanish, Italian, and Swiss origin, Beatrice Sartori is a self-taught contemporary artist based in Switzerland.
Her practice is rooted in transforming recycled paper into poetic hand-cut compositions, where patience, precision, and imagination come together to create a sensitive, graphic, and colorful visual universe.
Through subtle layering and meticulous craftsmanship, she celebrates paper as a living and expressive material, revealing depth and relief.
Beatrice Sartori explores themes connected to nature, relationships between living beings, peace, joy, and those moments when time seems to slow down. With ÉPURE, she moves toward greater simplicity, allowing lines and colors to take center stage.
Her works invite us to look, to breathe, and to rediscover an inner space.
Alongside her artistic practice, Beatrice Sartori is also an author of children’s books and poetry.
