STATEMENT
The Snow Falling Under the Water is a series of digital paintings.
Snowfall is very silent and often looks like it is killing other sounds. Where are the sounds going after the death? Can we bring back them again if we chase and re-catch the sounds? If we had tried to hear the sounds, wouldn’t we have lost them? And if they died, did we kill them or the silence? This series started from the questions and was aimed to provoke more questions about something left behind. If we can only see beauty, then where is unsightliness?
